Instruction Regarding Fee Deposite

1. School fee received in cash & Any type of online transaction will be accepted.

2. The pay-in-slip which has four counter foils must be filled in completely and correctly in respects. The bank is not responsible for the correctness of the amount paid. Please consult the school office in case of any doubt.

3. Payments by cheque will be acceptable only in favor of Akshar School, account, through account payee cheques drawn on any recognized local bank and be tendered at least three days before the last date of payment. Dishonored cheques whose clearance has been with held for some technical reasons will be deemed as default and payment will have to be made in cash before the expiry of the due date.

4. The Fees book No., Name & Class of the student should be clearly indicated at the back of the cheque.

5. A specific fees book issued to a particular student can not be transferred for usage by another student.

6. All the school dues should be deposited by the prescribed date at the commencement of a new academic session, failing which the student's name will be struck off the school records not with standing the fact that student has been attending classes in the mean time. In such a case, the student will have to pay new admission charges after obtaining permission from the school authorities.

7. If a Fee Book is lost, a duplicate can be obtained only on payment of Rs. 30/-.

8. Cheque drop facility is available in school. Parents may drop the quarterly School fee cheque by 15th of April, July, October and January.
